RECIPE: HIGH COUNTRY MEATBALLS

We’ve got a bit of a scoop for you here. In the upcoming tenth season of Pat Callinan’s 4X4 Adventures TV show, they’re going to be visiting the iconic Victorian High Country. As you can imagine, it’s pretty cold up there this time of year so when it comes time to prepare the meal, you want something warm, hearty and delicious.

Pat, being the gourmet that he is, reckons this meal ticks all those boxes, and even goes a step further by being a true one-pot meal that only takes half an hour to prepare. Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? But trust us, this is one of those meals where you won’t have any leftovers as it simply tastes too good and can be whipped up in less time than it takes to climb Billy Goat’s Bluff.
