HAPPY CAMPER GOURMET BUSH COUNTRY HARVEST

By Evan Spence 2 Min Read

There are two truths that describe the staff here at Unsealed 4X4: we are bad cooks, and we love camping. So the idea of Happy Camper meals makes sense to culinary challenged folks like ourselves. We recently took a few meals away on a beach trip, and were fully expecting these to taste like sawdust before retreating for a counter meal at the local pub. Newsflash: these meals are so tasty some staff members eat them for lunch in the office now! The latest offering from Happy Camper is their Gourmet Bush Country Harvest, which is actually large enough to feed two people. Simply pop it in some boiling water (in its packet), boil it for ten minutes or so, and lunch/dinner is done. The Bush Country Harvest is a delicious and hearty vegetarian soup, but if you crave more iron in your diet, there are other options including meatballs or lamb shanks, which are damn near restaurant quality. They take up next to no space in your vehicle, and don’t require refrigeration either, making them perfect for four wheel drivers, bushwalkers and campers.

Priced from $17.95 (serves two)
