TRACK REPORTS – New South Wales

As you would expect for this time of year, there is plenty of snow and icy condition around the southern end of NSW requiring extra care and attention from motorists. On Kosciuszko Road chains are required from Wilsons Valley to Perisher. Alpine Way is open to Thredbo, but beyond there chains are required. Slush on the Snowy Mountains Highway is causing some issues, and chains are required from Connors Hill to Yarrangobilly Caves. Chains are also required from Guthega Road entry to the village. Perisher to Spencers Creek, Khancoban to Cabramurra, Smiggin Holes to Guthega Link Road and Spencers Creek to Charlotte Pass are all closed at this present time.
