We have been experimenting with Emu’s Rub here in the Unsealed 4X4 office, and while the hotter seasoning could burn a hole through Project Rusty’s chassis, those of you who like a bit of punch will be in spice heaven. The milder offering is just delicious for those looking for a flavour boost without the steam pouring from their ears. Perfect for making jerky if you are into that kind of thing.
